Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

Welcome to Novari Templates LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of personalized printed products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. ABOUT NOVARI TEMPLATES

Novari Templates LLC is an online, home-based printing and e-commerce business providing customized paper products and branded stationery.

Our products may include:

Custom business cards and professional stationery
Appointment and contact cards
Product labels and custom stickers
Promotional flyers and advertising handouts
Discount cards
Thank-you cards and packaging inserts
Coordinated printed product sets

We operate online and do not offer a public retail storefront at our business address.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing products or contacting us.

If our website supports customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, unlawful content, or other legitimate business concerns, subject to applicable law.

3. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Our products may be offered with ready-made design layouts, personalization options, and the ability to submit customer-provided artwork.

Available colors, sizes, materials, finishes, quantities, and customization features depend on the specific product listing.

Product images and digital previews are illustrative. Actual printed colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, printing processes, paper characteristics, and other production factors.

We aim to describe our products accurately but do not guarantee that every screen preview will reproduce the exact appearance of the finished printed product.

Any material limitation or specification stated in a product listing will form part of the applicable order.

4. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

You are responsible for ensuring that all text, logos, images, artwork, and other materials you submit are accurate and that you have the legal right to use them for printing.

You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise unlawful.

By submitting content, you authorize Novari Templates to use, reproduce, adjust for production, and process that content as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You do not transfer ownership of your logos, artwork, or other intellectual property to us merely by placing an order.

You represent that your submitted materials do not knowingly violate another person's rights.

We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, or unsuitable for production.

5. PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Where a digital proof or preview is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing the information shown before approving production.

Please check:

Spelling and punctuation
Names and contact details
Phone numbers and email addresses
Website addresses and QR codes
Layout and alignment
Colors and selected options
Product dimensions and quantities

If you approve a proof, you authorize production based on the approved design.

We are not responsible for customer-supplied errors that were present in the approved proof, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the error resulted from our own failure to follow the approved specifications.

If a proof is not offered for a particular product, please review all available customization details before submitting your order.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices shown as “from” or “starting at” represent the lowest applicable price for the specified starting configuration. The final price may depend on quantity, product size, design options, customization, shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

The price displayed at checkout before you submit your order is the price applicable to that purchase, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, such as confirmation at the correct price or cancellation and refund where applicable.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that production has started. We may review order details, payment status, artwork, and production requirements before accepting or proceeding with an order.

Because personalized products are made to order, cancellation options may be limited once production begins.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@novaritemplates.com and include your order number.

We will consider cancellation or modification requests based on the order's current production status and applicable law. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.

If we cancel an order that has been paid for and cannot fulfill it, we will issue an appropriate refund.

8. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Products are prepared in our home-based production workspace and shipped to the address supplied at checkout.

Production and delivery estimates, when provided, are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect information may be your responsibility where permitted by law.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide photographs and order details where reasonably possible.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Personalized products may be subject to different return conditions from standard, non-customized products.

Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for correctly produced personalized products solely because a customer changes their mind, selects an incorrect option, or submits incorrect content that was printed as approved.

This limitation does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products.

If you believe your order has a production defect or does not match the agreed specifications, contact contact@novaritemplates.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Our full Refund Policy provides additional details.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website's original text, branding, graphics, layout, and other materials owned by Novari Templates LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of its respective owner.

We do not claim ownership of customer trademarks or logos merely because we print them.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Submit artwork that infringes third-party rights.
Attempt to compromise website security.
Interfere with website operations.
Submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
Use automated methods to misuse or disrupt the website.
Misrepresent your identity or authorization to purchase products.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may rely on third-party services for e-commerce functionality, payment processing, file uploads, analytics, or shipping.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that responsibility may lawfully be excluded. This does not limit our obligations concerning the products and services we provide directly.

13. DISCLAIMERS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Novari Templates LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or an order where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement governing an existing order.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

At Novari Templates LLC, we produce personalized printed products for businesses, independent professionals, online sellers, and individual customers. Because many of our products are customized for each order, our refund and return conditions depend on the type of product and the reason for the request.

Please review this policy before placing an order.

1. PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Our products may include custom business cards, appointment cards, product labels, stickers, promotional flyers, thank-you cards, packaging inserts, and other personalized stationery.

Because these items are produced using customer-selected options or customer-supplied content, they generally cannot be resold as new products after production.

Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not offer returns or refunds for correctly produced personalized products when the reason is:

A change of mind after production has begun
An incorrect name, address, phone number, or other detail supplied by the customer
A spelling or content error included in a proof approved by the customer
Selection of an incorrect size, quantity, color, or customization option
A preference change after the product has been produced
Differences between a screen preview and the printed result that fall within reasonable printing and display variations

This policy does not remove your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, includes the wrong product, or materially differs from the specifications agreed upon, please contact us.

Email: contact@novaritemplates.com

Please include:

Your order number
Your name and contact information
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the affected products and packaging, where applicable

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue so we can assess it.

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Reprinting the affected items
Replacing the affected products
Refunding all or part of the affected order
Another reasonable remedy agreed upon with you

The available remedy will depend on the circumstances, the nature of the issue, and applicable law.

We will not require unnecessary evidence or impose conditions that unlawfully restrict your consumer rights.

3. ERRORS IN CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for reviewing their submitted artwork, text, contact information, and customization choices before production.

Where we provide a proof for approval, customers should carefully review the proof before authorizing production.

If an error originates in customer-supplied content or appears in a proof the customer approved, we generally cannot provide a free reprint or refund solely because of that error.

However, if we introduce an error, fail to follow the approved specifications, or otherwise provide a product that does not conform to the agreement, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@novaritemplates.com.

Cancellation requests are handled according to the order's production status.

Before production begins: We may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund if the order has not entered production and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred.

After production begins: Cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, printing, or other work may already have been completed.

After the order has shipped: Cancellation through our production process is generally no longer available. Any return or refund request will be assessed under this policy and applicable law.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order is submitted.

If we cancel an order and cannot fulfill it, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order.

If a package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@novaritemplates.com with your order number and available delivery information.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If a shipment is confirmed lost or an order cannot be delivered, we will determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific guarantee is expressly provided.

Additional costs arising from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

6. REFUNDS FOR UNFULFILLED ORDERS

If we are unable to produce or ship an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund for the products or services we cannot supply.

If an order is canceled before production and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Approved refunds are generally submitted within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

This processing estimate is not a guarantee of when your bank will post the refund.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

A partial refund may be appropriate when only part of an order is affected and the remaining items are usable and conform to the agreed specifications.

Any partial refund will be assessed based on the affected products, the nature of the issue, and applicable law.

We will explain the proposed resolution before processing a partial refund where reasonably practicable.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Except where required by applicable law, correctly produced personalized products are generally not eligible for return solely because the customer no longer wants them or has changed their mind.

This includes personalized business cards, printed stationery, custom labels, custom stickers, promotional materials, thank-you cards, and packaging inserts.

Nothing in this section excludes remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPRINT

To submit a refund, replacement, or reprint request, contact:

Novari Templates LLC

Email: contact@novaritemplates.com
Phone: +1 307-235-4912

Address: 2105 E 12th St, Casper, WY 82601, United States

Please provide your order number, the reason for your request, and relevant supporting details.

We will review your request and communicate the available options.

10. LEGAL RIGHTS

This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

11. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our products, order processes, or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on our website with its effective date. Changes will not unlawfully remove rights relating to orders already placed.
